| 针对野三坡农家院旅游业发展现状、存在问题，按照《国务院关于加快发展旅游业的意见》中明确提出的健全服务标准体系、全面提升旅游服务质量的总体要求，从去年开始，县质监局协同野三坡景区管委会，巧借涞水实施对接京津战略这个有利平台，结合野三坡独特的自然风光和区位优势，积极申报国家级首批旅游服务标准化示范区项目。经过调研、材料准备、项目申报，野三坡风景区入选国家级旅游服务标准化试点一类项目。 In view of the present situation and existing problems of the tourism development in Yesanpo Farmhouse, and in accordance with the general requirements of improving the service standard system and comprehensively improving the quality of tourism service clearly put forward in the State Council's Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Tourism, since last year, the county quality supervision bureau, in collaboration with the Yesanpo Scenic Area Management Committee, has skillfully implemented the favorable platform of docking Beijing and Tianjin with the help of Laishui, and combined with Yesanpo's strategy. Unique natural scenery and location advantages, actively declare the first batch of national tourism service standardization demonstration zone projects. After investigation, material preparation and project declaration, Yesanpo Scenic Area was selected as a pilot project of national tourism service standardization. 自项目立项以来，县质监局密切与景区管委会联系，加大标准化推动旅游产业发展力度。参照西安、北京等地旅游服务业相关标准，结合河北省农家院发展的具体情况，共同制定了我省首个服务业地方标准《农家院服务质量规范》。百里峡景区、山水一方酒店、山里红农家院、拒马河漂流、伟佳客运索道和野三坡大剧院等一批景点和旅游服务单位被确定为服务标准化示范点；景区内所有公共信息图标得到全面规范，达到国家标准；从景区管委会和质监局选派的2名业务骨干，赴安徽合肥参加全国服务标准化培训班；结合地方特色建立的“野三坡旅游服务标准化体系框架”，目前正在完善中。 Since the establishment of the project, the County Quality Supervision Bureau has been in close contact with the administrative committee of scenic spots, and strengthened standardization to promote the development of tourism industry. A number of scenic spots and tourist service units, such as Bailixia Scenic Spot, Shanshui One Hotel, Shanlihong Farmhouse, Juma River Drift, Weijia Passenger Cableway and Yesanpo Grand Theatre, have been identified as service standardization demonstration sites; all public information icons in the scenic spot have been fully standardized to meet the national standards; two business backbone selected from the Scenic Area Management Committee and the Quality Supervision Bureau have gone to Hefei, Anhui Province to participate in the whole process. The training course of national service standardization and the framework of Yesanpo tourism service standardization system established with local characteristics are currently being perfected. |
