一、结伴而行。老年人外出旅游,最好带上自己的老伴,老夫老妻,并肩远行,既可嘘寒问暖,又能互相关照。随团出游,尽量与原单位的老同事、左邻右舍的老知己或其他老朋友结伴而行,因为大家早已相识,在旅途中无所不谈,有说有笑,自然其乐融融。 I. Travel in company.
