| 2018年11月24日，野三坡景区党工委书记、管委会主任马树起，受山东省金融博览会组委会邀请，参加由山东省政府举办的山东省金融博览会乡村振兴论坛。与国家税务总局原副局长许善达、国务院发展研究中心农村经济研究部原副部长刘守英、中央党校国际战略研究院原副院长周天勇等专家教授共聚一堂，共话金融助力乡村振兴。并结合野三坡景区发展、乡村振兴等方面谈了观点。野三坡景区立足良好生态和独特的旅游资源，把旅游业作为带动脱贫的有效途径，探索形成了“双带四起来”旅游减贫新模式，即景区带村、能人带户；把产业培育起来，把群众组织起来，把利益联结起来，把文化和内生动力弘扬起来。 On November 24, 2018, Ma Shuqi, Secretary of the Party and Labor Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Yesanpo Scenic Area, was invited by the Organizing Committee of Shandong Financial Exposition to participate in the Forum on Rural Revitalization of Shandong Financial Exposition held by the Shandong Provincial Government. We gathered with Xu Shanda, former deputy director of the State Administration of Taxation, Liu Shouying, former deputy director of the Rural Economic Research Department of the Development Research Center of the State Council, Zhou Tianyong, former deputy director of the International Strategic Research Institute of the Central Party School, and other experts and professors to talk about financial support for rural revitalization. It also talks about the views on the development of Yesanpo Scenic Spot and the revitalization of the countryside. Based on good ecology and unique tourism resources, Yesanpo Scenic Spot takes tourism as an effective way to promote poverty alleviation, explores and forms a new model of "double-belt and four-up" tourism poverty alleviation, that is, scenic Spot brings villages and capable people lead households; fosters industry, organizes the masses, connects interests, and promotes culture and endogenous power. 河北野三坡景区“双带四起来”旅游减贫模式，推动景区周边五乡镇乡村旅游迅速发展，辐射带动71个贫困村，有45个村以乡村旅游为主业，覆盖贫困人口9094户、17526人。 The "double-belt and four-up" tourism poverty alleviation model in Yesanpo scenic spot of Hebei Province has promoted the rapid development of rural tourism in five towns around the scenic spot. Radiation has driven 71 poor villages, 45 of which are mainly engaged in rural tourism, covering 9094 poor families and 17526 people. 此模式积极响应了习总书记“坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战”指示精神并迎合国家乡村振兴战略，经过多年探索推行，取得了良好效果，被中央政治局确定为“十大扶贫模式”之一。 This model responds positively to the directive spirit of General Secretary Xi's "resolutely win the battle against poverty" and caters to the national strategy of rural rejuvenation. After years of exploration and implementation, it has achieved good results and has been identified by the Political Bureau of the Central Committee as one of the "Top Ten Poverty Alleviation Models". |
